Service Description
A consultation at our studio is like a first date: a 45-minute workout followed by a stretch, where I assess your endurance, discuss any injuries, and explore your fitness goals. This session allows me to tailor a plan specifically for you, setting you up for long-term success!
Cancellation Policy
If you are ready to take your fitness to the next level, and would like to work with PIk one on one, you would need to book a consultation first. She will take you through a 45 min workout followed by a stretch. Talk to you about your goals, possible injuries, ect. Once the consult is over, she will know exactly where to go with you , and recommend a plan for success! Book now as she only takes so many one on one clients!
