Hello My amazing team ! I wanted to take a moment to write about one of my favorite topics tonight , and I’m sure most of you know what that is… STRETCHING!! I cannot stress enough how important it is to stretch your full body every single day. No matter what type of exercise you are doing your body will not be able to develop properly get strong, and bottom line and you just won’t get better unless you stretch your body. My one-to-one clients hear me talk about it all the time as they get. By yours truly after each session.. I know many of you just absolutely love when I give you a torture stretch session however, just know that it’s out of love. Here are some tips that you can utilize every single night, hopefully by following this order, it will help you all.
